Vaccination is the most important thing you can do to protect your community against serious illnesses.  When enough people get vaccinated, it’s harder for a disease to spread to those who can’t have vaccines.

We know many people are interested in the COVID-19 vaccination and want to assure you that we are working through a priority list set by the Department of Health.  Please do not contact your GP about getting the vaccine. We will contact patients in order of priority.

All Patients  in the following groups can contact the vaccination centre to have their Covid 19 vaccination by booking online @ or phone 03002007813

  • Anyone who is 16 years of age by 31/3/2021 who has received a recent shielding letter (Clinically Extremely Vulnerable)
  • Anyone who is between 65 and 69 years of age
  • Anyone who is a Carer and is aged 18 and over by 31/3/2021

If you do not wish to receive texts from us please let reception staff know so we can record it in your notes.

If you have updated your mobile number or wish to avail of this service please let reception know.

New Practice Boundary:

To provide the best care for our existing patients we have decided to  reduce our practice radius to 5.5 miles of the surgery.

We will only accept applications from new patients who live within this radius

Any existing patients who CHANGE address to a new address outside the radius will also be asked to re-register with a GP surgery closer to them.
